Timeless Athletic Performance
Strong for every season of life.
Trusted at the highest levels · Maine Celtics · Mike Boyle S&C · Athletico
Most training is built for one body at one age. TAP coaches the whole arc — a plan personalized to exactly where you are, and where you're going next.
Youth Programming
It starts with play.
Movement literacy before machinery. Kids at TAP learn to jump, land, sprint, climb, and carry — coordination and confidence built through games they actually want to play. Foundations that last a lifetime.
Athlete Programming
Sharpen the edge.
Sprint mechanics and acceleration work that shows up on the field, not just the stopwatch.
Explosive strength — jumps, throws, and loaded movement built into intelligent progressions.
Change of direction, reaction, and body control under game-speed chaos.
Return-to-play and injury-resilience work so the season ends on your terms.
Adult & Older-Adult Programming
Strength that transfers.
Progressive, professional programming — never a photocopied template.
Train for the decades ahead: joints, bone, muscle, and engine.
"Independence is a performance goal." Balance, bone density, and real strength — carry the groceries, get off the floor, keep every inch of your life.
The TAP Method

Questions
Plainly answered.
I've never trained before. Is TAP for me?
Especially for you. Everything starts with an assessment, so day one is built for exactly where you are — no baseline fitness required, no intimidation permitted.
What ages do you work with?
The whole lifespan — children building movement foundations, competitive athletes, working adults, and older adults training for strength and independence.
What does the first session look like?
A conversation and an evaluation: movement screen, strength baseline, history, and goals. You leave with a clear picture and a plan proposal — then you decide.
In person or online?
Coaching is 1-on-1 in person, with hybrid programming available for the days you train independently.
